Medical Devices: 15 days from delivery date (unopened only)

Supplements: 30 days (unopened with seal intact)
Eligible Returns
We Accept Returns For:
- Defective or damaged products
- Products that don't match description
- Unopened items in original packaging
- Items received in error
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened supplements or health products for safety reasons
- Perishable food items past return window
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Medical devices that have been opened (except for defects)
- Custom or personalized products
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email: returns@renewdlifecare.com
- Include order number, item details, and reason for return
- We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 2: Package Items
- Include original packaging and all accessories
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Include RMA number on package
Step 3: Ship Items
- Use provided return label or ship to our returns center
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
- We recommend trackable shipping methods
Refund Process
Processing Time:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Original payment method will be credited
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear
Refund Amounts:
- Full purchase price for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs refunded only if item was defective
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items
- Size/color exchanges subject to availability
- Exchange shipping costs covered by RenewdLifeCare for our errors
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Within 48 Hours:
- Email photos of damaged items to support@renewdlifecare.com
- Include order number and detailed description
- We'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately
International Returns
- Contact customer service for international return procedures
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs and duties
- Some restrictions may apply
Special Circumstances
Bulk Orders:
- Orders over $500 may require manager approval for returns
- Contact customer service for assistance
Subscription Products:
- Cancel subscriptions anytime before next shipment
- Partial refunds available for unused portions
Health Product Safety
For your safety and in compliance with health regulations:
- Opened supplements cannot be returned
- Personal care items cannot be returned once opened
- Medical devices must remain sealed for returns
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees for standard returns
- 15% restocking fee may apply to special order items
- No fees for defective or incorrectly shipped items
